Scheduled email delay to meet MAAPP requirements

As currently configured, the TeamUnify platform facilitates group emails through accounting groups.  However, any email listed on the account is copied when sent using this method.  As the MAAPP does not allow emailing minor athletes between the hours of 8pm and 8am, use of the group email function would violate these rules.  Having the ability to "schedule" an email distribution would allow coaches and administrators to compose emails in the evenings or early mornings (when we have the time to do it) - but not have those emails distributed until the allowed hours of 8am-8pm.   The ability to create more email groups would also help address this issue (e.g. "ALL members", "ALL parents", "ALL swimmers" , "Practice group 1", etc.).

Schedule send -- requested almost 9 months ago and not yet implemented? Disappointing.

Our team employs many part-time coaches who need to compose emails after 8pm, after their "regular jobs" (or after late evening practices) and family commitments. Gmail etc allow late-evening composition and "schedule send" for after 8am. TeamUnify... not so much.

TeamUnify is a sponsor of USA Swimming and doesn't have this simple feature to help us stay MAAPP compliant? Sad.

An email email delay would be beneficial in the case where you want to give yourself the option to recall.

It would also be great to automatically include the parent when contacting a minor athlete as well.

"When communicating with a minor through electronic means (including social media), a coach must include the minor athlete’s legal guardian in the communication. That means CCing a parent on e-mails, including a parent in text threads or other electronic correspondence. We’re told that this includes college recruiting, where an adult coach (an “applicable adult”) is contacting a minor athlete and will need a guardian on the thread with the athlete."

This is something we really would appreciate. It makes sending emails easier to our parents in a more appropriate time window especially when sending an email late at night.
